Failure to investigate

Ramonez v. Berghuis, No. 06-1852, the 6th Circuit reversed the district court's denial of habeas relief, holding that trial counsel's failure to investigate and call three witnesses to the crime constituted ineffective assistance of counsel under Strickland.
